Zach Galifianakis cast in two comedies, one for film and one for TV. In Todd Phillips' "Hangover", he'll be part of a trio who loses the groom at his bachelor party and in HBO's "Bored to Death", he'll be a struggling comic book artist.
Maria Bamford apparently fired from the animated "Sit Down Shut Up" helmed by Mitch Hurwitz. Bamford in her blog post says, "I guess one of the Big Wigs no likee the voce de Maria Bamforia." Fox = Fools.

Amy Poehler will be finished with SNL in the fall. Though the article doesn't give an exact date, Poehler states "My baby drops in October and everybody's got to go out and get it."
