Hi everyone.

I’m looking for the name of a stand-up comic who sang a particular song:

Elvis Presley can’t sing like me
I sing better than him.
Valentino’s not better looking than me
I’m better looking than him…

Because they’re dead.

Etc etc. I originally saw him perform this song on the original comedy network back in the mid-90’s, and this last April I found his name through extensive Googling one afternoon…and later that same night my laptop was stolen, along with his name that I had just found. I haven’t been able to find him again.

Any help would be appreciated. I think Abe Lincoln was another figure who ends up in the song. “Abe Lincoln isn’t smarter than me”, etc.

I believe the comic in question is Boston comedian Chance Langton.
He has an album out called “Shut Up!  I’m Better Than Them” featuring the song “I’m Better Than Them.”

THANK YOU!

Yep, that’s him, and that’s the song. I’m very grateful, Gondelman. It’s going to sound strange, but I’m citing the song in my Ph.D. dissertation, and I wanted to make sure I gave credit.
