Comedy Quarter

I was booked here thinking it was the “Appleton” room as that is what i was told. Come to find out it was not. I kept my mouth shut, did my job and left but will not return to this club to perform. Condo is shared with another comedian every week that annoys everyone and sleeps in a closet in the kitchen.

The Appleton room is where you need to be, not this room in Neenah.

Unfortunately I am going to have to belive your screen name a non comic! emcee’s are told up front what they are getting paid same with any other position if you do not like the pay dont take the gig!
for me Comedy Quarter has done a lot for the comedy community they even have a fantastic open mic for people who want to start out in the business.
they have a great showroom great food and a top notch staff including managers and owners!
I find a privelidge to work there as often as I can! 
I suggest to everyone to visit both clubs skyline comedy club and comedy quarter because I believe both clubs can co-exist as long as they keep providing the talent and reaching the audiences expectations!

Worked there, pay was $150 to emcee for the week…really? a 300+ seat club for 6-shows. Than, get this one of the owners (or wannabe’s) asked me what i thought i should get paid at the end of the week… WHAT? First, i should be getting paid more, now you want to re-negotiate to a lower price. Thats no way to treat comedians. Do not work there, there’s a better room in town that’s been established for 15 years, the Skyline. Skyline treats comedians much better, the condo sleeps 3 (not 2 like the CQ) - which is also shared by another local comedian. I don’t see this place lasting long.

And get this, the CQ is being sued because a previous partner and/or employee of Skyline took Skyline Customer Information…check out the court papers…
