His jokes are perfectly constructed, I love it when listening to him you hear his punchline and the audience is silent for a second or two, before laughing at the absurdity of it. He is wonderful at making you think you know what he is going to say before heading in a completely separate and surreal direction that still makes sense in the context he uses it in. Although I agree his delivery is weird and slightly repetetive, it shows that I can’t imagine him delivering the same material in any other fashion.
I got into a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

I think he is one of if not the best joke writer ever. His character can get repetitive though.
